Mama'S Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Simmer milk and butter.
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in hot milk mixture and blend well.
    Grease and flour a 10 x 10-inch pan.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with fruit.
