Pumpkin Pie(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients well.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan, which has been coated with butter and flour.
    This will serve as a crust for the pumpkin filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Chill and serve with whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping.
