Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini squash (raw)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    Add zucchini and dry ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 1 large and 3 small pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test for doneness with dry toothpick.
