Jalapeno Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. corn chips
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, in salad oil, cook chilies, onion and garlic until tender.
    Stir in cumin and cook 1 minute. Stir in soup, salt and spinach and break up spinach with a fork.
    Cover and simmer until spinach is cooked.
    Stir in chicken and sour cream and heat through.
