Diabetic Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole dates
1 c. water
1 sq. baking cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. raw apples, grated
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation

Boil dates and water together for 5 minutes on low.
Remove from heat; add cocoa, margarine and grated apples.
Mix well and let cool.
Add other ingredients and mix.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until it tests done.
