Chunky Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados, cubed
    1/2 c. diced tomato
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Coarsely mash avocado.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a serving bowl and serve immediately with unsalted tortilla chips.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
    Serving size:
    1 tablespoon (27 calories per serving).
