Apple Spice Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) spice cake mix
    2 medium apples
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare cake mix as package directs. Stir in apples.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
