Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup or 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except vanilla) in a saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture boils.
    Add vanilla.
    Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Add nuts, if desired.
