Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
14 fresh eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Sift flour and 1/2 cup
sugar
6 times; set aside.
Beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
Add cream of tartar; beat to peak. Fold in sugar a little
at
a time; add flavoring.
Fold in flour and sugar mixture
very gently.
Do not overmix.
Bake in
greased tube pan for
35
minutes
at
350\u00b0.
Invert
until completely cool.
Loosen with knife.
