Cole Slaw For Freezer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cabbage
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 pod sweet pepper
2 carrots, cut up
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Let cabbage and salt set for 1 hour, then drain off water. Boil water, sugar and vinegar; let cool, then put pepper, carrots and celery seed.
Mix all ingredients well, then put in freezer.
