Chicken Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
6 chicken legs or 1 whole chicken, cut up
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Sprinkle onion, herbs and 2 tablespoons water on bottom of shallow baking pan.
Arrange chicken on top. Cut sausage into 1-inch diagonal slices and place on chicken. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered, turning sausage once and basting with pan juices.
(Don't eat all the sausage before you get it to the table!) Serves 6.
