Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 c. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 to 3/4-inch oil in skillet to 375\u00b0.
    Beat egg; add milk.
    Combine sugar, baking powder and flour.
    Add egg and milk mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Use funnel cake pitcher or regular funnel, pouring batter into oil, making swirls from the center, out.
    Fry until golden; turn and brown other side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Add additional milk if batter begins to thicken.
