Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Place the drained pineapple in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
Combine the flour and sugar and pour over the pineapple. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top of the cheese.
Pour the melted butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
