Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Beat egg white (at room temperature) and water at high speed until foamy.
    Add pecans, stirring to coat.
