Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 uncooked pie shell
2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation

Store pie shell in refrigerator.
Use double boiler and scald milk.
While heating the milk, beat with mixer, the eggs until mixed.
Add other ingredients except vanilla.
Add to milk, stir and add vanilla.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
