Chocolate Sheet Cake(Do Not Use Electric Mixer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. soda
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Sift flour; add sugar and salt.
In another pan, bring water to a boil.
Add cocoa, oil and margarine; pour liquid into dry ingredients (do not use electric mixer).
While mixing, add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, vanilla and soda.
Mix well.
Batter is very thin.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges break away from the sides of the pan.
