Orange-Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size carrots (1 lb.)
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until tender; drain.
Combine next 6 ingredients. Add carrots stirring until slightly thickened.
Add margarine and stir.
Yield 4 to 5 servings.
