Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pastry (prick before baking)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can claw crab meat, rinse and drain
2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. minced onion
Preparation

Bake crust until browned.
Cool well.
Combine mayonnaise and flour and blend with wire whisk.
Mix egg and milk and add slowly, blending with whisk.
Stir in well drained crab, cheese and onion. Spoon into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
