Dandelion Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped ham
1 minced onion
3/4 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. whole milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. melted margarine
2 c. chopped dandelions
Preparation

Saute onion and ham in butter.
Lightly mix with all other ingredients; pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
