Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 chickens, cooked, boned and chopped
1 c. slivered almonds
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced thin
2 c. cream
6 c. milk
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. diced pimento
1/2 c. chopped, cooked celery, cooked in approximately 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook the first 6 ingredients to the consistency of custard. Add remaining ingredients.
Heat well; serve over noodles.
This freezes well, just thaw, heat thoroughly and pour over fresh cooked noodles.
