Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
8 slices bacon, cooked (1-inch pieces)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place potatoes in large bowl; cook bacon in skillet to desired crispness.
Remove bacon; drain.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Add onion and celery; cook and stir until celery is tender.
Blend in flour.
Stir in dressing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
