Braunschweiger Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bacon
    braunschweiger slices
Preparation
    Fry bacon (2 strips each burger) until crisp.
    Drain, reserving fat.
    Brown 1/2-inch braunschweiger slices in a little bacon fat over medium heat about 2 minutes per side.
    Careful, don't overcook.
