Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Lawry's salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Boil until tender.
Mix flour and margarine in medium saucepan over medium to low heat.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Place potatoes in serving dish and pour sauce over them.
Top with cheese, if desired. Serve immediately or place in oven to keep warm.
