Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    onions flakes
    pepper and salt
Preparation
    Baste meat with ingredients.
    Cover and let stand overnight. (Leave covered with foil.)
    Cook about 4 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Remove cover and drain almost all liquid.
    Baste with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking uncovered 1 hour.
