Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold water
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook cold water and flour until thick and glossy, stirring all the time.
    Cool.
    Mix together oleo, shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add to cooled flour mixture, a little at a time, and beat until light and fluffy.
