Mexican Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can green chiles, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    10 to 12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat.
    In a large bowl, combine soup, enchilada sauce, chiles and onion.
    Add meat and half of each cheese.
    Mix.
    Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each tortilla, and roll up tortilla.
    Place rolls in large baking dish, putting them close together.
    Spread any remaining meat mixture over rolls; sprinkle rolls with other half of each cheese.
    Bake 15 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese melts and rolls are hot through.
