Clam Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large bag common crackers, ground
3 c. chopped clams (with juice)
3 eggs
evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
few drops Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce
Preparation

Grind up common crackers in food processor.
Add clams and eggs.
Mix together.
Add enough evaporated milk to hold cakes together.
Roll in flour.
May be deep fried or fried in pan on top of stove in oil 1/2-inch deep, until golden brown.
