Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ??? boneless chicken breast portions
    margarine
    flour
    6 thin slices ham
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. white cooking wine
Preparation
    Lightly flour breasts.
    Saute in margarine about 20 minutes until brown.
    Place ham slice on each breast, a pat of margarine on that and Parmesan cheese on margarine.
    Place lid on skillet and steam about 5 minutes.
    Take up chicken and place on platter.
    Pour wine into drippings.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Pour over chicken.
    Serves 6.
