Orange Sour Cream Loaf(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer on high speed for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Scrape down sides of bowl and beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Then add orange peel.
    Scrape bowl again.
