Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

5 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. grated cheese
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Arrange alternate layers of shredded cabbage and sliced hard-cooked eggs in greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
