Stain Glass Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light cornsyrup
1 c. water
flavoring of choice

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in large pan.
Stir over medium heat. Heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil without stirring, until 310\u00b0. Remove from heat.
After boiling stops, add flavoring and color. Pour into a pan of powdered sugar and start snipping into bite-sized pieces.
