Five Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

2 c. sliced raw potatoes
2 c. ground meat (raw)
1 c. minced green peppers
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. cooked tomatoes
green pepper slices
salt
pepper
Preparation

Layer potatoes, beef, onions, peppers and tomatoes in a 2-quart casserole. Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green peppers. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
