Coeur A La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. cream
    1 c. coffee cream
    1 envelope jello
    1 pkg. strawberries
    1/2 c. cream sherry
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cheese and cream until smooth; add sugar and sherry. Dissolve jello in cold water.
    Heat coffee cream; add jello and mix well.
    Mold and top with strawberries.
