Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

3/4 c. cola (not diet)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

For cooking liquid, in a bowl, combine cola, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, bouillon granules, mustard, chili powder and red pepper.
Reserve 1/2 cup liquid for sauce.
