Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked regular white rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
    1 1/2 soup cans milk
    1 large fryer, cut in serving pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix rice, soups and milk.
    Place in a 3-quart casserole dish. Put chicken on top of it, skin side down.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a 250\u00b0 oven, uncovered, and cook for 3 hours. Turn once during cooking.
