Easy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until veggies are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in rows on top.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
