Orange Au Lait Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. yogurt (lite)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs singly, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla.
    Combine yogurt and baking soda.
    Add alternately with flour.
    Beat in orange juice and rind.
    Pour into well-buttered Bundt pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool on rack; dust with powdered sugar.
    Decorate with fresh strawberries and mandarin orange slices (optional).
