Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. jalapeno pepper cheese, shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 (4 oz.) cans Old El Paso green chilies, chopped, drained and patted dry with paper towel
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexican corn, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar red pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together in microwavable dish for 4 minutes on High; stir. Microwave 4 minutes again.
    Garnish with sliced olives.
    Use plain Doritos as dippers.
