Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Heat water and salt in 4-quart pan on high until boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Cover and cook until done. Drain and mash.
    Add butter, cream cheese, chives, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Mix until smooth; gradually add milk to make potatoes creamy and fluffy.
    Refrigerate in covered container.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    When ready to cook, put in greased glass dish.
    Dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
