Chicken Brunch Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices day-old bread, cubed
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/2 c. diced red peppers
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine bread and broth. Add chicken, rice, peppers, parsley and salt. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish. Pour eggs over all. Bake uncovered at 324 \u00b0 for 1 hr. Serves 8.
