Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. imitation maple flavoring
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine and maple flavoring. Beat in the egg whites, one at a time.
    Combine flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brownies test done.
    Cook and cut.
