Japanese Ham-Fried Rice - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. peanut oil
4 to 6 green onions, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh pea pods
1 to 1 1/2 c. baked ham, diced
3 to 4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. peanut oil
3 to 4 c. steamed short grain rice
soy sauce
Preparation

Heat the 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in wok over a high heat. Lightly beat the eggs and slowly pour into the hot oil.
Swirl the wok until the eggs set, then remove the solid egg mass and lay out on a chopping block over toweling.
