Pinto Bean And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. mild or hot picante sauce
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine beans, picante, rice, beef and 1/2 cheese.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for about 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; melt.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
