Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Stir in sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
