Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Remove outer leaves from cabbage.
    Shred cabbage; cover with boiling water.
    Boil for 5 minutes; drain.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sour cream, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.
    Stir in cabbage and pour into casserole dish.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
