Peanut Butter Cup Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 box peanut butter cups (40 per box or 14 oz. minimum)
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, peanut butter and sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla, then add dry ingredients. Roll into 1-inch diameter balls and place in small muffin pan.
    Bake until light brown at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and press a peanut butter cup in the middle. Cool slightly before removing.
