Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. stew meat
2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 medium onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 c. water
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can chopped chile peppers, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans pintos
Preparation

Cook meat over night in crock pot, covered with water. Drain in the morning and return meat to crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high all day. Serve with Fritos, shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream and your favorite hot sauce.
