Quick Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. no salt butter or margarine
    1 onion, minced
    1 small green or sweet pepper, minced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 c. broccoli florets, lightly steamed
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. shredded low sodium cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
Preparation
    In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Saute until onion is translucent, but not brown.
    Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
    Set aside.
