Breakfast Pork Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. lean ground pork (raw)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sage
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
Preparation
    Mix well together with hands.
    Make into patties.
    Either use immediately or place in Ziploc bags and freeze.
