Long Sermon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 chicken legs and thighs
1 c. rice (not instant)
2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan or spray with Pam.
Spread rice in pan; lay chicken on top.
Combine soups and water; pour over chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0, 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, 3 hours at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 or forever at 225\u00b0.
